Shipping & Handling

At Ponity, we carefully pack every order and ship it as quickly as possible so your home decor arrives in perfect condition. Below you will find important details about our shipping process, timeframes, and handling practices.

1. Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days​ for processing before they are handed over to the carrier. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on your location and the items in your order. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the date of purchase.
  • Standard Shipping:​ Typically delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping:​ Typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to a wide range of countries and regions. Shipping eligibility and available methods will be displayed automatically at checkout based on your address. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or incur extra fees, which will be clearly indicated before payment.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight, package dimensions, and destination. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website or via email.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package. You can also track your order directly through our Track Your Order​ page.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days​ of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). Send an email to ponity@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible—we may be able to update the address before the package ships.

9. Multiple Packages

Depending on the size and nature of your order, items may be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
