How to Track Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow its progress. You can also track your order by following these steps:

Open the shipping confirmation email sent to you.

Click on the tracking number or “View Order Status” link.

You will be redirected to the carrier’s official website, where you can see real-time updates on your shipment.
If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in to view your order history and tracking details at any time.

Delivery Timeframes
While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, transit times may vary depending on your region, customs processing, and peak holiday seasons. Tracking updates may occasionally take 1–2 business days to appear after your order has shipped.
Missing or Delayed Tracking Updates
If your tracking information has not updated in several days, or if the estimated delivery date has passed, please do not worry. Sometimes carriers take longer to scan packages during high-volume periods. Incorrect Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error shortly after purchase, contact us immediately. Once the package has shipped, we may not be able to change the destination, but we will do our best to assist whenever possible.
